Provident Trust Strategy Fund

Overview

The Provident Trust Strategy Fund (PROVX) is a concentrated, multi-cap core growth equity fund which aims to exceed the S&P 500 Index over full investment cycles (which in the portfolio manager’s view is typically 5-7 calendar years including both a 30% advance and a 20% decline).

PROVX can flexibly allocate assets between stocks, bonds, and money markets to moderate volatility and selects common stocks of all market capitalizations based on relative forward return potential. Stock selection criteria include improving revenue and earnings growth, increasing margins, significant management stock ownership, and upward valuation potential.

Please refer to the Prospectus for a more detailed explanation of PROVX, the fund management, and an application.

Performance data quoted represents past performance; past performance does not guarantee future results. The investment return and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that an investor’s shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Current performance of the fund may be higher or lower than the performance quoted.

Mutual Fund investing involves risk. Principal loss is possible. The Fund is non-diversified, meaning it may concentrate its assets in fewer individual holdings than a diversified fund. Therefore, the Fund is more exposed to individual stock volatility than a diversified fund. The Fund may invest in smaller and medium sized companies, which involve additional risk such as more limited liquidity and greater volatility.

The Fund may invest in money market funds. An investment in a money market fund is neither insured nor guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. Although the money market fund seeks to preserve the value of an investment at $1.00 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in the fund.

The Fund is offered only to United States residents and information on this site is intended only for such persons. Nothing on this site should be considered a solicitation to buy or an offer to sell shares of the Fund in any jurisdiction where the offer or solicitation would be unlawful under the securities laws of such jurisdiction.
